[Hiring] Director of Operational Finance @Mitratech

Role Description

We are building a dedicated finance presence inside each of our business divisions, and this role is one of them. As Director, Operational Finance, you will be the embedded finance partner to a division’s CEO and leadership team: the person who knows the division’s numbers, helps leaders make better decisions with them, and makes sure what happens in the division is reflected accurately in company-wide planning.

You will report to the SVP of Finance, with a dotted-line relationship with your division’s CEO & the Head of FP&A, and you will be working alongside the Corporate Finance team that runs central processes. This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and a clear path to growth within the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with divisional leadership.
• Serve as the primary corporate finance and financial operations contact for your assigned division, working closely with the division CEO and the division executive team.
• Drive consistency across divisions.
• Translate corporate FP&A reporting standards into division-specific execution.
• Shape the plan.
• Assist with forecasting.
• Flag risks early.
• Find the efficiencies.
• Own adjustment tracking.
• Support the close and reporting cycle.
• Partner Across the Organization.
• Support M&A.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance partnering, including time in a SaaS business.
• Working knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, bookings, retention, and margin.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed company.
• Experience with M&A, including synergy tracking or post-acquisition integration.
• Experience with a modern planning platform (Pigment preferred) or similar tools.
• Experience with a multi-product or multi-entity software business.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US.
• Anticipated Pay Range: $160,000-170,000 Annually USD.
• Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
