-
Partner with the General Manager, Executive Committee, department leaders, and corporate Finance to analyze financial results, labor, operating expenses, working capital, and opportunities to improve profitability and flow-through.
-
Support owner reporting, internal and external audits, tax and licensing requirements, capital planning, and other property or corporate requests.
-
Build clear, repeatable processes and documentation; identify opportunities to simplify work, improve accuracy, reduce risk, and strengthen accountability.
-
Lead, coach, and develop property Finance team members, clarify roles and expectations, and provide effective training and knowledge transfer.
-
Support onboarding and transition to permanent Finance leadership, including a disciplined handoff of open items, risks, deadlines, processes, and stakeholder commitments.
-
When not assigned on property, support portfolio balance-sheet reviews, reconciliations, cash-flow reviews, pre-opening budgets, process-improvement initiatives, and other Finance Operations projects.
