[Hiring] Director, Capital Formation High Net Worth @Rex

Role Description

Rex is seeking a Director of Capital Formation, High Net Worth to fund the next real estate cycle. This leader owns direct capital raising from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors across Rex’s private equity real estate platform, ensuring every deal is fully funded and on time.

• Run capital formation as a true sales operation, owning every stage from lead to accredited verification to funded capital.
• Build and lead a high-performing raising team as a player-coach, personally raising while recruiting, training, and developing talent.
• Architect the Rex investor community through investor summits, leadership dinners, webinars, proactive reporting, and impact storytelling.
• Hunt new capital through outbound, events, and high-return channels.
• Maintain compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations, including Regulation D offerings and accredited investor verification.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years raising capital directly from high-net-worth investors.
• Track record of managing and training capital raisers.
• Real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Deep UHNW and family office relationships and exposure to other alternative investments are a plus.
• Process and CRM discipline, compliance rigor, and polished presence in person and on LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Experience in capital raising with verifiable results.
• Sales-operations discipline across CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Working command of SEC, FINRA, Regulation D, and accredited investor verification.
• Experience building investor events and community programs that drive reinvestment and referrals.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Juniper Square, InvestNext, SyndicationPro, Salesforce or HubSpot, and DocuSign.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
