Role Description
The Director, Accounts Receivable Contracts is responsible for overseeing the management, compliance, and optimization of accounts receivable processes related to contract terms and payer agreements. This role ensures the alignment of accounts receivable practices with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance. The Director leads a team to monitor contract adherence, resolve discrepancies, and support revenue cycle objectives.

Oversees the review and resolution of accounts receivable discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Monitors accounts receivable metrics and key performance indicators, providing leadership with regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborates with revenue cycle, finance, and legal teams to address payer contract issues, negotiate terms, and optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
