Role Description

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Must have experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Knowledge and experience with job costing and coding to Deltek software
• Familiar with Deltek modules including timesheets, expenses, and projects

Requirements

The Deltek Vantagepoint Support Specialist provides day-to-day system support to the finance team and employees using Deltek Vantagepoint. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and responding promptly to Deltek Vantagepoint support tickets from employees across the organization
• Troubleshooting basic system issues and providing clear answers to user how-to questions
• Assisting employees with timesheet and expense-related issues to ensure accurate and timely entries
• Investigating and resolving project access problems, charge code questions, and approval routing issues
• Performing routine data maintenance within Deltek Vantagepoint and correcting inaccurate or incomplete records
• Creating, updating, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge-base documentation for common issues and processes
• Identifying and documenting recurring system problems and user challenges to improve overall system usage
• Escalating advanced configuration, financial, integration, security, or technical issues to the appropriate system owner or specialized support resource
• Collaborating with finance and other stakeholders to support efficient and compliant use of Deltek Vantagepoint

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $59.50/hr. Individual compensation offered will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
