[Hiring] Delivery Operations Billing and Reporting Support Analyst @Xerox

Role Description

This job can be done remote/virtually. Standard daily duties include the following:

• Daily Excel work includes billing detail and financial reporting.
• Respond to all customer-related billing and financial reporting requests daily.
• Work closely with Xerox SDM (Service Delivery Manager) for all Xerox reporting needs.
• Manage and address daily client calls and client engagements.
• Project Management task/support.

Qualifications

• Extensive and above average to expert level skill set in Excel.
• Extensive and above average to expert level skill set in Access.
• Familiarity with functions such as “average,” “sum,” VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and overall functional expertise in Excel.
• Extensive Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations using account Xerox data in an easy-to-understand format.

Requirements

• Work accurately and quickly to produce all billing documentation for the account.
• Ability to validate all charges on a monthly basis and cross-reference all items via Excel spreadsheet.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel to perform all functions required of the account, double and triple check all items before submission and validation of final results for billing.
• Responsible for all billing activity and reporting data for a multi-faceted account with a large number of clients.
• Work directly with vendors to validate invoices and dollar amounts/bill accordingly.
• Work directly with customers to validate individual charges.
• Respond quickly to all customer questions.
• Work closely with the account team on all aspects of billing and reporting.
• Understanding of reading and interpreting profit and loss statements to validate expenses and determine any errors in reporting.
• Must be able to pass a background check for the account which includes fingerprinting, background check in addition to Xerox background check.
• Note: This position will follow Eastern Standard Time.
