Role Description

Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company, is currently seeking Accountants at all levels of experience with strong cost accounting and inventory experience who want to join our growing Atlanta team, tasked with supporting our clients in a wide range of interim and project-based accounting needs.

You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in:

• 5–8 years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience with mid-size companies
• Previous experience with manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and building and maintaining job costing models
• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead
• Partnering with plant managers and operations teams to identify cost savings opportunities and improve manufacturing performance
• Performing inventory accounting, including reconciliations, reserves, and valuation
• Leading or supporting physical inventories and cycle count programs while investigating inventory discrepancies
• Preparing and/or reviewing monthly account reconciliations
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, experience researching technical GAAP issues within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to adapt to various client environments, and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

• Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting or Finance degrees or relatable business degree

Requirements

• Work experience with both public and private companies
• Experience in middle-market manufacturing organizations ($50M-$500M revenue preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as:
• Microsoft Dynamics
• NetSuite
• Epicor
• Infor
• SAP Business One
• Oracle
• Plex
