[Hiring] Cash Application Specialist @Belvedere

Role Description

Join a global finance transformation programme supporting international operations across multiple markets. Work fully remote with a supportive international team whilst earning £25,000 pro-rata plus bonus scheme. Develop your expertise in cash management and process improvement within a specialist consultancy environment. Gain exposure to enterprise finance systems and shared services best practice.

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments accurately and process high volumes of cash efficiently
• Investigate unapplied cash and resolve payment discrepancies with precision
• Perform bank reconciliation activities and maintain accurate account balances
• Work collaboratively with collections and accounts receivable teams to support cash processes
• Process remittances and support month-end close activities
• Monitor performance against service level agreements and key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven cash application experience in a finance or shared services environment
• Demonstrated experience allocating high volumes of customer payments
• Strong bank reconciliation and payment investigation skills
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA enterprise systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Esker or similar payment processing software
• Background working in a shared services centre or international finance operation
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies or process optimisation
• Understanding of accounts receivable and collections processes
