Role Description

The Remote Business Analyst, Capital Planning supports executive leadership in the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic initiatives and capital investment opportunities across the Medicare Advantage organization. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to:

• Develop data-driven business cases
• Perform financial and operational analyses
• Quantify benefits
• Assess risks
• Support capital planning processes

The analyst serves as a key contributor in translating strategic priorities into actionable investment proposals, enabling informed decision-making through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role works cross-functionally with:

• Operations
• Clinical Services
• Finance
• Technology
• Compliance
• Network Management
• Growth teams

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, management consulting, healthcare finance, or related analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

Requirements

• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and executive presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams

Benefits

• Pay Range: $98,550.00 - $147,825.00
• Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
