[Hiring] Business Controller @Sandvik Coromant

Role Description

Sandvik Coromant is looking for a dynamic and results-orientated Business Controller to join our team!

• Contribute to reaching the overall operational and financial goals for the Sales Cluster.
• Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and the Sales Team to support business analysis and ensure execution of key activities.
• Analyze performance, including both sales and costs, on total and customer level.
• Make proactive suggestions for improvements based on performance analysis.
• Lead the monthly performance management process to evaluate progress and deviations to plan.
• Follow up on results and activities in the Local Business Plan, which is the foundation for strategy and resource planning.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasts ensuring they are based on sound macroeconomic assessments and supported by concrete sales plans.
• Develop business cases as needed for investments, customer cases, and initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of Business Controlling or similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting.
• High level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, strongly analytical, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to question the facts and work with continuous improvements.
• Flexible and able to react well to change.
