[Hiring] Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant @MoreYellow

Role Description

• Prepare and send invoices through Quickbooks Online
• Follow-up with delinquent accounts in order to receive payments
• Responding to all clients and vendor communications regarding accounting matters
• Review and route internal requests for purchases
• Work with Managers to review and validate employee hours for accounting to process Payroll
• Supporting the Principal with scheduling and other administrative tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Meticulous with attention to detail, double checking all work and communications before shared
• An excellent communicator - be able to effectively talk with all levels within the organization
• Self starter - have a plan for each day and drive action items through completion
• Solution oriented - be able to easily troubleshoot client and employee issues

Requirements

• 1+ years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
• Experience in Quickbooks Online
• Experienced in Google G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs etc.)
