Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, financial reconciliations, and expense reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with QuickBooks, Concur, and Excel, while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting tax-related tasks.

• Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable & Financial Reconciliation
  • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are accurately coded and properly approved.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, brokerage accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
  • Review bank statements and expense reports to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Expense Management & Systems Administration
  • Implement and maintain the Concur expense reporting platform.
  • Assist with Concur training, manage user access, and support employees with expense reporting processes.
  • Ensure expense submissions and supporting documentation comply with company procedures.
• Multi-Entity Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks for smaller subsidiaries and maintain organized financial records across multiple entities.
  • Manage investor-related data entry and maintain accurate investor records.
  • Assist with tax-season preparation, documentation, and filing-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Preferred
• Experience using Concur or other expense management platforms.
• Experience handling accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
• Familiarity with multi-entity bookkeeping and maintaining investor-related records.
• Experience assisting with tax preparation or filing-related tasks.

Requirements

• Compensation: $1,200/month
• Remote: Philippines-Based Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Full-Time, aligned with U.S. business hours
