[Hiring] Bookkeeper @Rivman Industrial

Role Description

The Bookkeeper at Rivman Industrial will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company. This individual will be responsible for:

• Accurately recording all financial transactions including purchases, sales, and payments
• Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts
• Preparing and processing payroll for employees and contractors
• Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
• Monitoring inventory levels and performing inventory reconciliations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure proper financial management and reporting
• Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Keeping up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of inventory management and payroll processing
