[Hiring] B2B Billing Analyst @IntelliPro Group

Role Description

Executes B2B billing operations for client’s retailer partners, including:

• Invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using established Oracle and spreadsheet templates
• Processes credit and debit memos in line with approved requests
• Reviews commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates
• Performs peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoices are accurate and complete
• Responds to billing inquiries and routes complex disputes to senior team members
• Follows defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests
