[Hiring] Associate Financial Analyst @Children’s Minnesota

Role Description

This position will be responsible for researching, compiling and analyzing various sources of data, creating reports and dashboards to enhance automated reporting capabilities, completing the annual budget process and standard monthly variance reporting, aiding in monthly system reconciliations, providing cost accounting support, and handling other ad hoc requests for internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to produce narrative and written summaries clearly synthesizing recommendations and conclusions
• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Proficient in developing reporting tools and dashboards
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, establishing cooperative and collaborative working relationships
• Preferred experience working with the Power BI application
