[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator @Employbridge

Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing a large portfolio of customer accounts to minimize outstanding receivables and optimize cash collections. This individual will inherit one of the organization's highest revenue portfolios, consisting of approximately 300+ customer accounts, including national accounts with hundreds of locations across the country. The portfolio currently includes more than $2 million in past due balances and approximately $2 million in active receivables. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues, investigate account discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Commercial Collections experience.
• Strong B2B collections background.
• Experience managing large customer portfolios.
• Experience reviewing and working AR aging reports.
• Experience resolving invoice disputes, billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment delays.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP
  • XLOOKUP
  • Data analysis and reporting
• ERP experience:
  • Lawson preferred
  • Oracle, SAP, or comparable ERP systems
• Experience with collections/account management systems.
• Radius experience preferred.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.

• Able to navigate multiple systems and work cross-functionally to drive resolution.
