[Hiring] Accounts Payable Clerk @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own supplier invoices and payment runs.

You will own supplier invoices for a UK business from receipt to payment, keeping suppliers paid correctly and on time. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or creditors
• Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Requirements

• Familiarity with UK VAT (nice to have)
• Experience with Dext or Hubdoc (nice to have)
• Experience with expense claims (nice to have)
