Role Description

The location of this role is flexible across Africa, with a strong preference for one of Enko Education's countries of operation. As a fast-growing network of international schools operating across 11 African countries, we're continuously evolving the way we work to support our ambitions.

We're now embarking on an exciting new chapter: the creation and deployment of our Shared Service Centre (SSC), bringing together treasury, finance, and accounts payable operations into a more streamlined, efficient structure. To help make this happen, we're looking for a Group Treasury Analyst & Project Lead who combines strong financial expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional treasury reporting. You'll take ownership of key financial operations, contribute to building processes from scratch, and help shape the way treasury works across a growing pan-African organization. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial analysis, or an analytical corporate finance role, ideally with exposure to project management or Shared Service Centre implementations.
• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, financial reconciliations, and treasury fundamentals.
• Excellent command of Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Xero, is highly expected.
• Professional fluency in English and French.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
