• Play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity by ensuring all payable transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and contribute to smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
• Assist with reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining the accounts payable system.
• Contribute to process improvements and compliance with company financial controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required.
