[Hiring] Accounting Analyst @Muttdata

Role Description

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team! We're looking for someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, wants to keep learning, and is excited to grow professionally in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing environment.

In this role, you'll be involved in accounting operations, including:

• Expense and invoice registration
• Monthly reports
• Accounting provisions
• Reconciliations
• Monthly closing processes

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
• Hands-on experience processing purchase invoices and expense records
• Experience preparing accounting accruals and provisions
• Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Understanding of the monthly closing process
• Knowledge of and experience with tax concepts and regulatory compliance (VAT, withholdings, tax documentation, etc.)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to communicate in English

Requirements

• Experience working in startups or technology companies (nice to have)
• Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Tango, Bejerman, Xubio, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar (nice to have)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Asana, or Jira (nice to have)
