Role Description

We are sharing a specialised remote consulting opportunity for experienced Accountants and Auditors with strong expertise in financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS standards, audit procedures, financial modelling, internal controls, and tax compliance to contribute their professional knowledge to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

Selected professionals will:

• Review financial statements
• Evaluate accounting and auditing methodologies
• Validate financial models
• Assess AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting principles

The work combines practical accounting expertise with financial analysis, regulatory interpretation, professional judgement, and structured evaluation to improve the accuracy, reasoning, and reliability of advanced AI systems. Prior experience with AI training projects is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or tax compliance
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax-related roles is preferred
• Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Familiarity with international financial reporting requirements and relevant accounting regulations
• Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing, or evaluating financial statements and supporting documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modelling, complex formulas, and analytical functions
• Experience developing, reviewing, and validating financial models and quantitative analyses
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, internal control frameworks, and financial verification methodologies
• Proven experience conducting audits or preparing audit documentation for different business entities
• Practical knowledge of tax compliance requirements, relevant documentation, and financial regulatory considerations
• Ability to identify accounting inaccuracies, reporting inconsistencies, analytical errors, and incomplete financial information
• Strong quantitative reasoning, financial analysis, critical-thinking, and professional problem-solving capabilities
• Experience preparing financial reports, audit findings, accounting documentation, or compliance assessments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification is highly valued
• Experience contributing to accounting process improvements, financial systems implementations, or technology-driven finance projects is advantageous
• Familiarity with financial automation, AI-assisted accounting tools, or technology-enabled audit processes is beneficial
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, consistent, and well-documented financial analysis
• Ability to work independently and provide structured professional feedback in a remote consulting environment
• Prior experience with AI training or model evaluation projects is not required
