A growing digital solutions organisation is looking for an Accountant to join its finance team. The position will initially involve some office-based onboarding and collaboration in Centurion before transitioning into a remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial administration
• Process and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with VAT submissions and statutory compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• SAIPA or SAICA articles completed
• Minimum of 1 year post-articles experience
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong Excel and general computer skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Bilingual communication skills advantageous
