Role Description
Draganfly Innovations Inc. is looking for an Accountant to support the Finance team in managing purchase orders, invoice matching, accounts payable runs, and related finance activities. This is a full-time remote role within the Finance department, reporting to the Controller.

Manage purchase orders by maintaining the dashboard, resolving discrepancies, and completing procurement follow-ups.

Execute invoice matching by reviewing GRNI reports and processing PO-related invoices and prepayments.

Prepare weekly AP runs to ensure timely and accurate payments for Draganfly entities.

Complete other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Maintain accurate PO and AP records, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and properly coded.

Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice, pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies.

Support month-end activities related to AP, accruals, and reconciliation as needed.
Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

Prior experience handling purchase orders from a finance perspective.

Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Good Excel skills, specifically for managing data and matching reports.

Strong communication habits for cross-departmental and vendor collaboration.

High attention to detail to spot pricing, quantity, and coding errors.
