Role Description
In this position, you will be a member of the Yempo Administration team, actively supporting the day to day running of our business.
- Recording and tracking the financial transactions of the company
- Filing of tax returns and submission of necessary attachments
- Processing payment of government remittances (PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, SSS)
- Preparation of purchase orders and processing weekly payments
- Coordinate with suppliers as to payments
- Reconciliation of both receivables and payables accounts
- Assists Finance Manager on tasks being delegated
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related course
- Have excellent knowledge of the local taxation system
- Have extensive bookkeeping experience in a domestic corporation
- Knowledge on BIR and SEC updates
- Be very well organized, particularly in relation to recordkeeping and filing
- Have experience working and communicating regularly with foreigners
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using QuickBooks Online accounting software
- Experience using Business Central is an advantage
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Great attention to detail
- Track record of confident communication with foreigners
