Role Description

営業企画管理部の一員としてファイナンス関連業務を主に担当し、事業費とヒューマンリソースの活用の効率化により、営業戦略の実行や営業目標の実現に貢献する。

  • 営業部門の事業費のPlan策定サポート、実績管理、Forecast作成
  • 営業部門のコストセンター管理
  • 営業部門のFTE（スタッフヘッドカウント）マネジメント業務サポート
  • 営業部門の事業費、FTEに関わるレポートティング業務
  • プロジェクトや施策のファイナンス分析、効果検証
  • 業績管理や各種KPIレポートのサポート
  • マネジメント向けレポートや会議運営のサポート

Qualifications

  • 生命保険ビジネスへの深い理解または強い関心
  • データ集計・分析・レポーティング経験
  • 表計算ソフトのスキル（中級）
  • コミュニケーション能力
  • チームプレイヤー
  • 日本語力（複雑な内容の会話でも誤解なく意思疎通できるレベル）
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（メールのやり取りやレポート作成に不自由ないレベル）

Requirements

  • 経理業務経験（あれば尚可）
  • 会計・税務知識（あれば尚可）
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（あれば尚可）

Working Arrangement

  • 社外勤務は週に2回程度
  • 残業は月20-40時間程度を想定します
