Role Description
This role involves delivering financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights as a Senior Analyst in the Investor & Lender Relations team.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis of key performance indicators of the acquired firms.
- Prepare material for earnings calls and lender meetings.
- Conduct data analysis and draft insightful commentary.
- Collect and organize financial data from various sources, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency of M&A cost synergies.
- Support strategic projects such as capital raising efforts & maintain a robust Q&A lender repository.
- Assist with due diligence queries and delivery of financial data to PE Sponsor, lenders, credit agencies, and the valuation firm.
- Manage firmwide surveys; work cross-functionally to obtain necessary data points from various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related business field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Investor Relations.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - accuracy and quality are critical to be successful.
- Ability to communicate complex results in a clear and succinct way.
- Highest level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Works well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment and rapidly evolving organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Problem-solver and strategic thinker.
- Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
