Role Description
The Commissions Analyst role plays a key part in successfully completing monthly and quarterly responsibilities to support the calculation of incentive commission payments, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and consistency as outlined in the commission plans.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of data used in variable compensation calculations
- Identify and address commission exceptions
- Resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications

- Comfort with communicating thoughts and ideas
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving

Requirements
- Experience with Xactly or other compensation tools (great, but not required)
- Experience with Power BI (great, but not required)
- Experience with Salesforce (great, but not required)
- Understanding of commission logic (great, but not required)
