Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented French Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our global payroll team at SIXT. In this role, you will support payroll operations for the French market, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Process payroll for France, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee records, tax declarations, and social security contributions.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and internal teams.
- Collaborate with payroll providers and HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with French labor laws, tax obligations, and audits.
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and system updates.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in payroll support or administration, preferably in a global environment.
- Understanding of French payroll practices, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday is a plus).
- Fluency in French & English with excellent communication skills is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
