Role Description
We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis with some of the world's leading technology and life sciences companies.
- Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals
- Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
- Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts efficiently
- Identifying and communicating areas of improvement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.)
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with corporate legal terms and conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and comfortable learning/utilizing new contract-related applications
- Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
