Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal Team. Your main tasks will be:

Corporate & Admin Tasks:
- Supporting entity management (incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation)
- Maintaining legal templates and document repositories
- Account opening in Financial Institutions
- Residence permit management
Contract Management:
- Reviewing different types of contracts
- Drafting contracts
Intellectual Property:
- Supporting trademark applications, renewals, and portfolio management

Qualifications

Understanding international business and its needs
Fluent in English and Russian: level of proficiency in both languages C1+
Knowledge of European law or experience with European projects is a must
The desire to develop yourself and the desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations
