Role Description
We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone seeking a reduced workload while still contributing to exciting projects!
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with the audit process by providing necessary documents and supporting schedules.
- Support the senior accountant with various accounting tasks.
- Replacement of the senior accountant during vacations and time off.
- Availability to work from our Tallinn headquarters once per week is required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth interactions with team members.
- Excellent problem-solving showing your attention to detail in addressing accounting issues.
- You are a fast learner who is open to acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A high proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
