Role Description

As our Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our regional footprint by identifying, engaging, and bringing onboard new enterprise clients.

  • Actively seek out and connect with potential clients in the Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, and DevOps fields, focusing on the enterprise sector throughout Europe and the UK.
  • Make 100 bespoke, targeted outreaches to prospects each week, through a combination of cold calls and tailored LinkedIn outreaches.
  • Secure at least 3-5 new meetings weekly.
  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of 100–200 high-value enterprise prospects within 2 months, ensuring a steady flow of 5+ active meetings each week.
  • Embrace a consultative sales approach by deeply understanding client challenges and positioning our company's global workforce and consulting solutions as the perfect match.
  • Achieve at least 2 closed deals in the first 6 months, with a further 2 in the contract negotiation stage.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with qualified prospects for future business opportunities.
  • Create customized solutions for organizations embarking on their global expansion journey.
  • Utilize a consultative sales strategy to uncover client requirements and establish our company as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Leverage the CRM system to effectively manage the sales pipeline and monitor interactions.
  • Deliver precise weekly progress reports, highlighting essential metrics and insights for the CEO.
  • Ensure that all prospects receive consistent follow-ups and are seamlessly advanced through the sales funnel.
  • Partner with the CEO to engage in high-level client meetings and refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with talent acquisition and delivery teams to facilitate a seamless client journey.
  • Foster open and consistent communication with internal teams to align on client objectives.
  • Team up with colleagues to brainstorm innovative ways to enhance our service to clients.
