Role Description

This role involves leading a dynamic team, shaping high-level strategies, and building lasting client partnerships.

  • Drive Success, Build Strong Teams & Maximize Growth
  • Lead & Elevate Performance – Oversee a high-impact team of Account Managers & Success Coaches, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop High-Growth Strategies – Create and implement customer retention, engagement, and cross-selling strategies that boost long-term partnerships and revenue.
  • Innovate & Optimize – Continuously improve processes, refine account management strategies, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Mentor & Inspire – Coach, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and success.
  • Strengthen Key Relationships – Be the face of the company to high-value clients, leading critical negotiations and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Expand Global Impact – Identify new opportunities to scale services and expand partnerships across international markets.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Mastery (English & Spanish) – Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build trust with international clients.
  • Leadership Powerhouse – Proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams, with a track record of driving customer success in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic Vision & Analytical Thinking – You don’t just react—you anticipate, innovate, and create solutions that elevate business success.
  • Commercial Expertise – Experience in account management, sales, upselling, and driving revenue growth.
  • Tech-Savvy & Performance-Driven – Comfortable using tools like Excel and CRM platforms to track progress and optimize team performance.
  • Commitment to Growth – Open to traveling to the U.S. twice a year to strengthen client relationships and expand global operations.
