Role Description
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant who is highly organized and tech-savvy, with a strong background in QuickBooks and a knack for improving systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly and making life easier for the team.
- Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Track client payments and follow up on overdue invoices
- Process and pay vendor invoices on time
- Draft and prepare contracts for clients and vendors
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team
- Manage calendars and send invites
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experienced in creating and processing invoices
- Ability to handle both credit card and bank transfer transactions in QuickBooks
- Comfortable with tech, automation tools, and eager to explore new ways to streamline work
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Brownie points if you are familiar with other tools and platforms that could enhance our tech stack
- Experience in admin roles related to contracts, scheduling, or travel coordination
Benefits
- Salary: $1,500–$2,000 per month*
- Full-time role, fully remote
- 10 days paid time off
