[Hiring] Corporate/Transactional/Litigation Paralegal @The Freelance Firm, LLC

Role Description

We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Texas or California-based Corporate/Transactional/Litigation Paralegal.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.

• Prove-ups (document submitted to court to prove attorneys fees)
• Drafting / legal research / document review (finding supporting case law for docs, reviewing/redlining)
• Complaints / discovery drafting/support
• Litigation & trial prep (exhibits, bates stamping, organization of materials, etc.)
• Client communications
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience as a Corporate/Transactional/Litigation Paralegal

Requirements
