Role Description

We seek a communicative and entrepreneurial Controller to enhance our finance team and ensure accurate reporting. Join us as an early team member in this profitable startup, where you'll help shape our culture and organization strategy.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of accountants and FP&A associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client needs and deadlines.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to executive management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their financial needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Significant financial management and accounting expertise, preferably with diverse client portfolios.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing complex tasks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of identifying issues and driving practical solutions.
