Role Description
This role involves driving company strategy and supporting the growth of Circ in its revenue generation, supplier development, and capital raising.
- Structure, present, negotiate, and drive the execution of customer offerings and supplier agreements.
- Arrange, negotiate, and drive the execution of financing to support Circ needs and financial projects.
- Collaborate with teams across Circ (e.g., Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing).
- Lead the development and refinement of our investor materials, ensuring clear and compelling updates that reflect the ongoing advancement of Circ’s model.
- Address investor questions with timely, well-supported responses, contributing to the ongoing growth and trust of Circ’s investor community.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate internal materials and data on schedule, supporting both executive decision-making and investor communications.
- Drive fundraising efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and secure capital.
- Play a key role in investor outreach, due diligence, and the preparation of fundraising materials.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, equity research, investing, strategic finance, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and GAAP.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent working proficiency in Excel (prepared for a financial model case study); comfort with data visualization tools and Python a plus.
- Excellent working proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting analyses in a compelling format.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach across all organizational levels.
- Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to think creatively and critically.
- High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed.
