Role Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist processes and pays the company’s payables and expense reports. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Invoice coding and data entry
- Expense report auditing and processing
- Weekly check runs
- Vendor and manager relations
- Payables research
- Excel spreadsheet imports
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 1 year related experience
- Preferred: Certificate from College or Technical School
Requirements
- Standard Office Environment
- More than 50% of the time: Sit, stand, walk; Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs; See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients
- Less than 50% of the time: Stoop, kneel or crawl; Climb and balance; Carry and lift 10-20 lbs
