Role Description
This role involves supporting the finance department in handling supplier invoices, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely supplier payments.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
- Maintain financial records and update the accounting system (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, or similar).
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to handle payment queries.
- Support general finance-related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows
- Experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Xero, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
