Role Description
This role involves supporting bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial management tasks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process invoices and reconcile financial transactions using Xero.
- Prepare and submit BAS and other compliance-related documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee payments.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
- Support financial administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software).
- Experience with payroll processing and compliance reporting (BAS, etc.).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Halaxy or other financial platforms is a plus.
