Role Description

BMA is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team supporting our AMPS program. This is a fully remote role.

• Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery working in conjunction with DLA application teams in the planning, implementation and integration of Identity and Credential access management (ICAM) requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Ensure that application and system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to ICAM requirements.
• Document specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans and results.
• Depict complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; communicate project objectives, scope and status to project teams.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of overall professional experience in the engineering field.
• Five (5) years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
• Must possess a DoD Approved 8140 Baseline Certification for Category IAT Level II.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess Level 1 Non-Sensitive (Low Risk) Tier 1 clearance prior to onboarding.
• Ideally MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least fifteen (15) years of experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) prior to onboarding.

• Clearance Requirement: There is a Secret Security clearance requirement for this role upon hire.
