[Hiring] Water Workforce Education Partner @AlphaHire

Role Description

WIL partners with educators and institutions to build water-sector career awareness and education pathways for elementary, secondary, and postsecondary students. We are seeking education partners who can co-develop curriculum exposure, career exploration, dual-enrollment / bridge experiences, or student work-based learning tied to water careers.

• Represent a school district, community college, university, or education nonprofit with water-career programming capacity
• Co-design education activities (modules, camps, career days, dual credit, or lab experiences)
• Identify student populations and delivery geography
• Support partnership documentation for joint education/workforce proposals when agreed
• Advise on learning outcomes and measurement appropriate to education settings

Qualifications

• Role at a K–12 LEA, community college, university, or education nonprofit
• Experience delivering STEM/CTE career education, water/environmental education, or work-based learning
• Ability to discuss institutional partnership pathways
• Willingness to engage on a time-bounded collaborator basis
• Authorization to work with a U.S. nonprofit research organization

Requirements

• Existing water/wastewater industry advisory relationships
• Dual-enrollment or pre-apprenticeship bridges already operating
• Rural, tribal, or underserved student reach
