Role Description
This is a limited-hours role by design β roughly 4β5 hours per week, consistently scheduled in the after-school window. It's built for people who have other daytime commitments (a full-time job, teaching, grad school, caregiving) and want steady, meaningful tutoring work in the late afternoon without a large weekly time commitment.
As a GROW Tutor at Paper, you'll deliver high-impact, relationship-based tutoring in small groups or one-on-one, supporting students in Math and/or ELA. You'll meet with the same students multiple times per week for 30β45 minute sessions across an 8β12 week program, helping them build confidence, critical thinking skills, and academic mastery. This role is fully remote.
Is this Role Right for you?
-
Have daytime work or commitments but want consistent part-time work in after-school hours (5:35 - 6:10pm ET, Monday through Friday).
