Training Coordinator Supervision

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for Training Coordinators (TCs).
-
Conduct audits and observations to maintain training quality and protocol adherence.
-
Hold weekly or biweekly check-ins with TCs to review trainee progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements.
-
Serve as the escalation point for complex training issues or trainee concerns.
General Responsibilities
-
In partnership with the Training Director, support refinement of Initial ABA Training, identify training gaps and elevate the training process as a whole.
-
Ensure compliance with state and funding-source training requirements.
-
Maintain accurate training records and support audit processes.
-
Provide BCBA supervision to TCs pursuing hours, in alignment with BACB requirements.
