Why Join Us?
Because at TAP, Visual Arts is not an add-on β it is one of the core ways children in government schools discover that they are capable of expressing, creating, and imagining. The curriculum you build and the videos you produce will be the first time many of these students encounter art as something they can actually do, not just observe.
What You Can Expect?
-
Creative ownership:
Build and own the Visual Arts vertical β from curriculum design to content production to continuous improvement.
-
Real reach:
Your work will reach students across government schools in multiple states.
-
Collaborative environment:
Work closely with curriculum, program, product, and content production teams.
-
Flexible engagement:
Consultant arrangement with structured outcomes and meaningful time commitment.
-
Sector-aligned compensation:
Competitive consultant rate in line with experience and nonprofit standards.
