[Hiring] Teaching Assistant Level 3 @Inspire Academy

Role Description

The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant at Inspire Academy. Inspire Academy is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working and supportive team. You will work under the direction of the class teacher to:

• Deliver high-quality learning activities
• Support pupils with diverse educational and emotional needs
• Help foster an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Support in the schools before and after school club (within the hours of the role)

The right candidate will be:

• Committed to raising standards and ensuring children achieve their full potential
• Adaptable and able to work on their own initiative
• Experienced in EYFS and KS1 (desirable)
• Confident to cover a class when required

To start on or around Monday 30th November 2026. This role is a permanent contract at 36 hours per week – Term Time Only with an actual pro-rata salary of £24,878 - £26,987.

The proposed timescale for the selection and interview process is as follows:

• Applications close at 12pm Monday 09th November 2026
• Interviews will take place on Thursday 12th November 2026/Friday 13th November 2026
