Role Description

This role involves providing effective, dynamic, and inspirational support to Shri Educare Limited (SEL) and its partner schools to ensure academic excellence.

• Be a part of the SEL academic team and provide academic support to partner schools.
• Offer curriculum support and be responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of curriculum documents.
• Accountable for the implementation of trainings to school staff.
• Provide support for completion of all domain-related deliverables.
• Create and design lesson plans as per school requirements.
• Create & review question papers as per school requirements.
• Conduct lesson observations/micro-teaching sessions as required by schools and share feedback accordingly.
• Create and conduct master classes/workshops for students and staff, in physical or virtual format as needed.
• Design sample papers as per applicable CBSE guidelines as required by schools.
• Design workbooks as required by schools.

Qualifications

• B.Ed/P.hd in Mathematics.
• Preferred candidates with HOD level experience in a reputed school.

• Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) tailored to different audience groups.
• Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non-ICT based.
• Effective listening skills to gather feedback and collate information.
• Experience and expertise in training.
• Ability to manage deliverables without supervision and follow up.
• Taking responsibility for situations and driving tasks/projects.
• Constantly following up with team members to ensure completion of tasks.
