[Hiring] Sports Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced sports coach to work with athletes looking to level up their performance, as well as aspiring coaches looking to break into coaching themselves. This role includes:

• Guiding athletes through sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and injury prevention.
• Helping athletes train smarter and perform at a higher level.
• Providing guidance on coaching philosophy and program design for aspiring coaches.
• Offering support in team management and certification requirements needed to coach at various levels.
• Assisting with resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy for aspiring coaches.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Professional athletic or coaching experience.
• Prior mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping both athletes and aspiring coaches reach their goals.
