[Hiring] Sorority & Fraternity Admissions Coach @Leland

Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced sorority and fraternity admissions coach to work with students preparing for the recruitment process. This role includes:

• Guiding students through rush strategy and chapter selection
• Resume review and conversation and interview preparation to help students make a strong impression during recruitment events
• Supporting students with social media review to ensure their online presence aligns with their goals
• Coordinating letters of recommendation
• Coaching students on presentation and etiquette throughout the process

Ideal candidates have:

• Firsthand experience with Greek life recruitment
• Prior advising or coaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students navigate the recruitment process with confidence

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
