Role Description

We're looking for a high-energy, strategic leader to join our Learning and Development leadership team and shape how our global field teams (Sales, Client Success, and SBS) learn, grow, and perform. Our Enablement org makes our field teams more effective and efficient.

As the Senior Director, Learning & Development you will own the end-to-end learning journey across our field teams to include onboarding, product fluency and sales skills. You'll set the strategy, org design, and leadership for our learning design function, building and developing a high-performing global team.

• Own the vision and strategy for the global Learning Design function.
• Lead, develop, coach, and manage performance of a team of learning design managers and specialists.
• Establish a consistent, globally coherent learner experience across all segments (e.g., SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise).
• Advocate AI and innovative technology as core levers across the learning function.
• Own the strategy for developing and measuring sales skills and product fluency.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive leaders and senior business partners.
• Take a data-driven approach to needs identification, evaluation, and decision-making.
• Own communications and knowledge management for our field teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience.
• Significant experience leading a global learning and design organization.
• A demonstrated track record of developing high-performing teams and leaders.
• Experience using AI to help organizations optimize performance.
• Experience building and measuring product fluency programs and ramp-time metrics for Sales or CS organizations.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Proven experience as a senior strategic advisor to executive-level business leaders.
• Demonstrated executive communication and presentation skills.
• A data-driven mindset, with experience building measurement frameworks that connect learning to business impact.
